Cierra Barton is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst based in the Bay Area, California. With over a decade of hands-on experience in ABA, her journey began in 2014 when she stepped into the field as an ABA paraprofessional. She instantly fell in love with the rewarding process of working with children one-on-one, and pursued her masters degree to deepen her impact.
In 2018, she earned her graduate degree from Ball State University and her BCBA certification. Throughout her career, Cierra has combined clinical experience with strong leadership, previously serving in the impactful role of Regional Director.
Cierra is passionate about empowering families through caregiver training. Her goal is to equip families with the practical tools and confidence needed to foster long-term growth and independence.
Outside of work, Cierra enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their three children, going to a local concerts, and training for her next marathon.
