Michael is a Program Supervisor with a passion for helping clients, families, and clinical teams achieve meaningful and lasting progress. He holds a Master’s degree in General Psychology and has several years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including direct clinical services, staff support, caregiver collaboration, and program implementation.
In his role as a Program Supervisor, Michael enjoys working closely with behavior technicians and families to create a positive, collaborative environment where both clients and team members can grow. He values building strong relationships, celebrating progress, and finding creative ways to make learning engaging and meaningful.
Michael is committed to continuing his professional growth within the field of ABA and expanding his experience in clinical leadership and behavior analysis. He brings an upbeat and approachable personality to his work and believes that great clinical care can be both professional and fun.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys basketball, gaming, traveling, cars, and building and upgrading PCs. He is always up for learning something new, taking on a challenge, or having a good conversation about his latest interest.
