My name is Summer Rodriguez, and I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Assessor serving the San Jose region. I was born and raised in San Jose and completed my undergraduate studies at San Jose State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science and Psychology. I later attended National University, where I obtained my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. I have been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2015 and have more than 15 years of experience working with children.

What I love most about ABA is the opportunity to support families in understanding their child from a different perspective. Through caregiver education and collaboration, I enjoy helping families learn new strategies and gain insight into their child’s strengths and needs. The small victories and those “aha” moments—when something finally clicks for a child or family—are what keep me passionate about this field and the work that I do.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, visiting Disneyland, attending concerts, watching women’s sports, and reading. I am also a big coffee enthusiast and enjoy discovering good food whenever I can.
