As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience, T creates meaningful, lasting impact for children, adolescents, and their families. Since 2016, she has provided compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across home, school, clinic, and telehealth settings — focusing on progress that empowers individuals and strengthens everyday life.
At the root of T’s work is a collaborative approach. She partners closely with caregivers to define goals that matter to their family, delivering practical, hands-on coaching to ensure skills generalize smoothly into daily routines. Her practice includes functional behavior assessments, individualized treatment plans, caregiver coaching, clinical supervision, and staff development. As a constant teammate and mentor, T brings warmth, encouragement, and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care to each interdisciplinary team she works with.
T earned her Master of Arts in Professional Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. Outside of work, her creativity is fueled by endless cups of black tea and coffee, time spent in the garden, and escaping into the world of The Archers.
