Vladimir Pinzon Jr. has been working in the autism field since 2014 and is passionate about supporting individuals and families through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). He specializes in sleep training and support of reducing severe behaviors of concern, with a focus on helping clients build meaningful skills that improve their quality of life.
Vlad’s journey into the field began when he was searching for direction and discovered a role providing respite care. Through that experience, he realized how powerful meaningful support can be for families navigating the challenges of autism. From that moment on, he knew he wanted to dedicate his career to helping individuals reach their greatest potential while empowering caregivers with practical strategies that make everyday life more manageable.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Vlad is committed to continually improving his clinical skills and providing thoughtful, individualized care to the families he serves. He believes that the most impactful interventions come from collaboration, compassion, and a genuine understanding of each family's unique needs.
Outside of his professional work, Vlad enjoys cooking, weightlifting, playing soccer, and spending time at the beach.
