My name is Antonio de la Pena and I am a BCBA at Novo Behavioral Services.  With a little over 10 years of experience within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, I have a wide range of knowledge working within Non Public School settings, clinics, Academies, public schools and in home environments.  I have worked with ages 2 to 30+ years old and have been privileged to provide services amongst various communities.  I value kindness, safety, patience, authenticity, compassion, and enthusiasm and strive to constantly embed these values when providing services.  To relax, I enjoy exploring new locations, indulging in movies or music, and learning about various subjects.  You can often find me at Dodgers stadium.  Thank you for your time!
