Novo's Speech Therapy Program is designed to support natural language development through a Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach, ensuring that communication skills emerge in real-world, meaningful contexts. Our speech-language pathologists (SLPs) collaborate closely with ABA and mental health clinicians to provide a whole-person model of care, integrating speech, language, and social communication goals into a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan.
We believe that communication is more than just words—it’s about connection, independence, and self-expression. Our therapy sessions are engaging, functional, and interactive, utilizing play-based and naturalistic strategies to foster language acquisition, social skills, and cognitive growth. Whether working on early language development, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), social communication, or feeding and oral-motor challenges, our SLPs ensure that therapy is personalized and family-centered.
