Andrew Sarantos is the Director of Clinical Quality at Novo Behavioral Services and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. In his role, he provides clinical oversight and ensures the highest standards of care across services. Andrew has extensive experience as a behavioral analyst and is also currently works as a psychological practicum trainee specializing in assessments and diagnostic evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), as well as in the design and implementation of evidence-based treatment programs.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychological and Brain Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Pepperdine University. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Psychology at California Baptist University, where he continues to advance his expertise in clinical practice, research, and program development.
