She has over a decade of experience working with families and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), challenging behaviors, learning disabilities, and diverse needs across school, home, and clinical settings. Her career has been dedicated to creating meaningful change through the application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
She holds two Master’s degrees — one in Applied Behavior Analysis and another in Psychology for Special Needs — as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Science. This combination allows her to integrate behavioral science, and health practices into her work. Her approach goes beyond traditional clinical methods by addressing the whole person — combining data-driven ABA strategies with the benefits of exercise, healthy routines, and lifestyle design.
As an immigrant who started from scratch, she embodies resilience and adaptability, and her ability to work effectively in multicultural environments has become one of her strongest assets. She not only understands the science of behavior but also the cultural, emotional, and social factors that influence it.
Outside of her professional work, she continues to explore how behavioral science can be applied to fitness, and holistic well-being. She believes that healthy living should be accessible and achievable for neurodivergent individuals, and she strives to build bridges between evidence-based ABA practices and real-world lifestyle improvements.
